New Housing Index Introduced by NASDAQ OMX and Valueguard
NASDAQ OMX Valueguard-KTH index family is developed to accurately track the price development in the housing market. The index family currently covers the price of flats in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmoe. Index values are calculated and published on a monthly basis. Additional indexes, covering more cities and regions in Sweden and also single family homes will later be added to index family.
